			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When insulin levels are chronically too low as they may be in very low carb diets, catabolism of muscle protein increases, and protein synthesis stops. Blood levels of insulin begin to decrease about 10 minutes into an aerobic exercise session and continue to decrease through about 70 minutes of exercise. Regular exercise also increases a cell&#8217;s sensitivity to insulin at rest, so that less is needed.</p>
<p>Insulin does not &#8220;fix&#8221; diabetes either.But in the short-term, stimulants, like Insulin, works to &#8220;normalize&#8221; or at least &#8220;improve&#8221; the situation. To say that stimulants &#8220;are not a cure&#8221; is true. Insulin is not a &#8220;cure&#8221; either. But both are helpful. The specialized beta cells of the pancreas, which produce insulin, become incapable of producing adequate amounts of the critically necessary secretion. This happens over a period of years and can begin in our bodies, over time, by eating large amounts of insulin-provoking foods. These insulin provocateurs, which are sugars and starches in the form of complex carbohydrates, require the pancreas to produce more insulin so that the sugars can be carried over the cell membranes to all parts of the body.</p>
<p>Human Growth Hormone is responsible for the regulation of insulin, protein synthesis, and transportation of amino acids across cell membranes and fat metabolism. Clearly, these are processes that are of relevance to serious bodybuilders. Users have reported higher energy levels, enhanced libido and greater cardiac output. In addition, superior immune function, lowering of blood pressure and improved cholesterol levels have been documented.<br />
Carbohydrates are needed to energize the muscle building process. Carbohydrates stimulate the release of insulin which pushes the amino acids into muscle cells to begin the process of repair. The body uses carbohydrates as a source of energy &#8211; consume too little and the body will steal protein that would otherwise be used for repairing and building muscle. Aim to consume 1.5 to 2 grams of carbohydrate per pound of body weight each day from foods like potatoes, pasta, rice, vegetables and whole wheat bread. Add in other potential benefits like improved sleep, shorter recovery times, quicker regeneration of damaged muscles and you can begin to understand why some experts are excited by the possibilities offered to bodybuilders.</p>
<p>But keep an eye on your friend. Your cat should have had food before getting the insulin shot! If not, a hypoglycemic shock (a ‘hypo’) may occur. This is also possible if your cat gets too much insulin. And this is really dangerous. If you are not there to help, your cat might die from a hypo.</p>
<p>Fruits are carbohydrates. Never eat a carbohydrate by itself. This is basically all sugar. When you eat a carbohydrate by itself there is a sudden increase in sugar in the body. This causes the body to release insulin. However, the body releases too much insulin because it thinks more sugar is coming.</p>

I study best early in the morning. You might study best late at night. Study skills should not be confused with study techniques and study methods. The difference between these can be explained by using the game of soccer as example. In order to be a soccer player, a person FIRST has to master the fundamental soccer skills, e.g. passing, heading, and dribbling the ball. Only after that can he be taught techniques and methods. <p>One teacher tried every strategy she could think of to get her students to develop some semblance of study skills; she used the lunch period and after school hours to meet but her study sessions couldn’t compete with extra-curricular activities or family responsibilities. By process of elimination, she offered to meet her students during mornings; add some pancakes and a catchy name – the Breakfast Club was born.</p>
<p>In order for a student to have a good high school study skills, he needs to focus first. You can do this by making a timetable of the things that you need to study on a day to day basis. Get a pen and paper, list down all the topics that needs to be covered. Put a time frame for each subject. Remember to put more time on topics that you are having hardship while in school. Make a rundown of the topics that were discussed in the classroom. Find out how they are related to other topics. Develop an interest to each subject, although a favorite can not be eliminated.</p>

Those that have visited Paris have almost immediately fallen in love with the city and know that the whole experience would have been even better if they were more familiar with the language.</p>
<p>Make learning French your obsession for a few weeks and you’ll have at your disposal, a powerhouse of determination you can call on when the going gets tough. And let me be open about this now – if you are going to learn French quick, the going will get tough. Get your mindset right now, though, and you’ll be well on your way even before you start learning. You need to use your language course for at least an hour a day, in focussed study. You should also transfer the phrases and words in each unit of the course to flash-cards, or to an easily portable notebook you can carry around and learn from whnever you get a free moment.</p>
<p>If you are a native speaker of English, or even if you have learned English to a high degree of competency, you already have a natural skill to your advantage, that you can capitalize upon to learn French fast. Many English words are derived from Latin based words, due to invasion of Britain by the Romans and the Normans, who spoke French. Although, as an English speaker, you do will enjoy certain advantages in learning French words, your knowledge of other languages related to French will also play an important role in whether you can learn French fast.</p>
<p>To learn French fast, you need to get hold of a comprehensive language course to work from, that stimulates as many learning channels as possible at the same time, that is to say, visual, auditory and kinesthetic.</p>
<p>Go to a French speaking country and hope for the best. This might seem like the most efficient option, because it seems to be closest to the way you learned your native language, but it isn’t quite as simple as that. Just going into a French speaking environment will not ensure that you learn French. What’s needed is a special kind of impetus. Participate in online forums on topics that interest you. Again, this is more suited to the slightly advanced learner, but it is there as a resource to learn French free, and all you need is an Internet connection to gain access to it. If you hobby is ice fishing, for example, find out what that term is in French and do a search for an online francophone community talking about ice fishing.</p>

So if you’re a 150 lb. guy then in order to maintain your muscle mass at that weight you need to consume 150 grams of protein each day. And if you want to build muscle mass, you’re going to have to consume “more” protein, to not only maintain the muscles you have now but to build more. The type of work out and lifting that you do will determine how quickly you build muscle mass and how efficiently you do. The number of sets and repetitions that you select for each muscle will set up how much result you see from your workout. If you can put the right amount of stress on the different muscle groups, you will see the effects. On the other hand, not putting enough stress on the muscles will tone your muscles as oppose to build mass.</p>
<p>1. Getting the most out of your lifting is one way to build more muscle mass. This means combing more weight with the speed or force at which you lift. Force helps build more muscle mass.<br />
2. Avoiding aerobic exercises is important while building muscle mass. Because aerobics burn glycogen. This actually slows down the process of building muscle mass.<br />
3. When you lift use dumbbells because they allow you to work out different muscles and increase your motion. Machines limit you and your range of motion.<br />
4. Add supplements like creatine and glutamine to your diet. Supplements encourage muscle growth and therfore help increase your muscle mass.</p>
<p>If you are not aware of the existence of this super gear, it is a set of thick straps that you place around your wrists and wrap it around the barbell, dumbbell or cable attachment. But the underweights, need to eat lots of animal proteins, double of what you have been eating. Once you choose a plan, it is essential that you stick to it.</p>
<p>The growth of your muscles can be brought about through rigorous training but then the nutrient it gets from what you eat also plays an important role. Protein is an important nutrient in building bigger muscles because an essential 1 gram minimum of this nutrient for each kilo of your body weight suffice the normal and most natural muscle growth. <p>A backup plan for when you can&#8217;t make it to the gym. You should have with you a set of exercises that can be done at home or in a hotel room when you are on the road. Just because you can&#8217;t make it to the gym, doesn&#8217;t mean you have an excuse not to exercise. A minimally prepared workout space at home and a set of bodyweight exercises should get you through those days when your schedule gets too tight.</p>
<p>The most effective bodybuilding routine for building back muscles is probably the simplest. Warm up well &#8211; need we tell you that at all? Get on to the mat, lie down flat on your back. Bring your knees up. Slide a palm under the small of your back, is there a gap there? If there is, slide a small folded towel under it, don&#8217;t stuff it, just enough to give it some support. Now fold your hands across your chest and using your back muscles, attempt to sit up.</p>
<p>You have just learned to manage your time. You now have time to do each activity each day. You can now devote the proper amount of time to your bodybuilding routine. This means that you will get your routine in at the appropriate times. And you will train properly, rather than rush through it in an effort to get onto something else.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Protein is the key nutrient in any bodybuilding diet plan. In order to build muscle one should consume at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean bodyweight. Less protein can actually hinder one&#8217;s progress significantly and result in frustration and lack of results. On the other hand excessive protein calories in a diet can be stored as body fat or in some cases used as energy. One gram per pound of lean bodyweigaht spread over 6 nutritious meals is a great starting point. Imagine your energy as a line in a graph. With complex carbs, your energy is a completely straight line, always staying high. With simple carbs, your energy line is like a few mountain peaks. It has a few extreme highs but it&#8217;s followed by extreme lows as well! Carbs have a very significant effect on the way the body utilizes protein.</p>
<p>A bodybuilding diet – like any diet that works to bolster nutrition – focuses on fresh, natural, whole foods and eliminates processed foods as a general rule. Bodybuilders will often begin their bodybuilding diet by significantly reducing – and eventually eliminating altogether – unhealthy fats from their diet. This includes those foods that contain saturated fats, as well as fried and greasy foods. Instead, bodybuilders will increase their intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as lean protein.</p>
<p>Nutrition accounts for 70% to 80% of success in building a good physique. The biggest problem in natural bodybuilding is, in my opinion, the alarming number of people that screw up perfectly good training with poor nutrition. Nutrition should provide the proper balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates so that your muscles can heal and build. A natural bodybuilding diet, like any diet that works to bolster nutrition, focuses on fresh, natural, whole foods and eliminates processed foods, as a general rule. You will also be eating smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day.</p>
<p>The ideal strategy for a natural bodybuilding diet is to consume small meals within appropriate frequency. No more big breakfast, big lunch and bigger dinner. Why, because this will only do nothing but weigh you down and tire you out, and encourage unhealthy snacking.</p>
<p>Every meal should have carbohydrates, protein and fat in the correct ratios. Having a meal that is not balanced (for example is all carbohydrates) won&#8217;t yield the desired results. Every macronutrient has to be present in order for the body to absorb them and use them properly. Without boring you with the effect of food on the body&#8217;s biochemistry, let&#8217;s just say that if you only eat carbohydrates in one meal without anything else, your energy levels will crash in about 30 minutes and your body will be storing any carbohydrates that were not used into fat.</p>
<p>Should you follow the basic principals of a natural bodybuilding diet as mention above, it is possible your workout routines will benefit greatly and your achievement will become faster and bigger!</p>
